Timothy D. Worley, of Bristol, TN, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born on February 18, 1964, the son of Paul and Peggy (Hagy) Worley. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Stanley K. Worley. Tim was a lifelong resident of Bristol and graduated from Sullivan Central High School in 1982. He worked as a quality control technician at Bell Helicopter in Piney Flats for 20 years, and owned and operated Worley’s Services. Tim was a member of New Life Baptist Church, Bluff City, TN, where he was the Awana commander for 25 years. He served on the TN Disaster Relief Group helping others during times of natural disasters. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer Worley; his sons, Jacob Worley and Chad Worley; his daughters, Lauren Worley, Kelsey Worley, and Brandie Worley; his granddaughters, Lyla and Gabby Worley; his brothers, Paul E. Worley, Jr. (and wife, Susan), Mark W. Worley (and wife, Kristy), and John D. Worley (and wife, Heather), his nieces, and other special relatives and friends. A service to celebrate the life of Timothy D. Worley will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 6:30 pm, at New Life Baptist Church, 1000 Hendrickson Lane, Bluff City, TN 37618, with Pastor Bill Christian officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Thursday from 5:00 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Life Baptist Church for Lexi Lester who is battling COVID.
