Noah was born on October 12, 2001, in Bristol, Tennessee. He lived in Bristol and Bluff City for most of his life and was a 2020 graduate of Bristol Tennessee High School and a member of First Baptist Church of Bluff City. He was an Eagle Scout and had served his community and his Lord with service projects through the Boy Scouts of America and through church nursery service, VBS service, mission trips, and other service projects with his church youth group. Noah played sports as a child, but his passion had shifted in his teen years to music. He had eclectic musical taste, loved playing his guitars, and recently changed his plans to pursue a career in the music industry. After a break, he had planned to resume college in the fall. Noah had a profound impact on many people in his short life. His kind heart, warm hugs, infectious smile (complete with adorable dimples), and delightful sense of humor (ranging from totally goofy to completely sarcastic) made it impossible not to love him and not to smile in his presence. He loved his family, his church family, and many friends. He was especially close to his mother and father and dearly loved his grandparents. He was loved by all who knew him from young to old. Noah had a friendly and engaging manner and was a great conversationalist. Noah will be greatly missed, but his loved ones take solace in knowing his death was not the end, but was the beginning of his eternal life with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Noah was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Stephanie and Sonny Lowe and his paternal grandparents, Ross Osborne and Judy Helbert. Those left to grieve Noah’s loss include his mother, April Osborne; father, Mark Osborne; sister, Cassie McKinney and husband Curtis; brother, Isiah Osborne and wife Ashlie and brother, Eli Osborne; maternal grandparents, Conrad and Lynette Sisk (Pap and Granny); maternal great-uncle and aunt, Phil and Judy Fleenor; uncles, Todd Osborne and Jeremy Osborne; nieces and nephews, Kollbey & Corbin McKinney, Anson, Keigan and Ryleigh Osborne; his church family including his Pastor Mike Pope and his Youth Minister/”brother” Michael Braddock; and special friends, Bryan, Sherry and Sloane Embree, Bryson Seymour, Ethan Tilley, Eli Vance, Ethan Wine, Tyler Woomer, Caleb Scarem, Hannah Pope, Amelia Malcolm, Railey Marshall, Kyle Thompson, Makenzie Tranum, McKayla Dulaney and MANY others! He also leaves behind three beloved cats; Ryder, Ranger, and Bud. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home in Bristol, TN. The funeral service will follow at 7:30 PM with Pastor Mike Pope officiating.
