Janeth Pingo

July 12, 1937 - February 3, 2022

Janeth Sue (Beavers) Pingo, 84, entered into the loving arms of Jesus during the morning hours of Thursday (February 3, 2022) following an extended illness. Sue was born on July 12, 1937 in Swords Creek, VA to the late Armon Neal & Virginia Nell (Herndon) Beavers. Sue was born and raised in West Virginia. Sue truly had the heart of a servant, always giving and making sure others had before herself. She was active in community programs and non-profit organizations. She was a dedicated member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church where she started a Prayer Shawl ministry that has now flourished. In her spare time you would often find Sue crocheting unique clothes and blankets for others. Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend; she will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Salvatore Pingo; brother, Armon Neal Beavers; two sisters, Sara Francis Beavers and Peggy June Beavers; sons-in-law, Marc Shaffer and Terry Allen Dameron. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Maria Susan Dameron, Jessica Claudine Moreno & husband Paul; Lewis John Pingo, and Michael Alexander Pingo; sister, Billie Jean Harr; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, especially Xavier Blake Adams; special niece, Cheryl Thomas; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
