Edna "Maxine" Hargrove Clark

Edna “Maxine” Hargrove Clark, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Christian Care Center of Bristol. She was born March 7, 1929, the daughter of the late Rufus and Edna Justice Hargrove. She is also preceded in death by her husband, JC Clark; and brothers, Troy, Frederick, and Carroll Hargrove. Maxine worked as an Executive Secretary at Univac. She loved traveling with her late husband, JC, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Euclid Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela White; grandson, Ryan White and wife Mandy; great grandchildren, Saige and Paisley White; brother, Frank Hargrove; and several nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN. The family would like to extend special thanks to her caregiver, Angela Stewart, for her love and wonderful care. Arrangements especially for Mrs. Clark and her family have been made through Oakley-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory.
