Annette Langston Minnick

March 25, 1941 - May 17, 2022

Annette Langston Minnick, 81, of Piney Flats, passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She was born in Strawberry Plains, TN and was the daughter of the late Arietta Harkleroad and Lowery Langston. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Richard Minnick. She is survived by her two dearest daughters, Teresa and Cindy, and her son-in-law, Will. You can never sum up your loved one’s amazing life in a few sentences… Annette lived in many beautiful locations with her devoted military family. She lived coast to coast in the U.S. and cherished living overseas in Germany for several years. She enjoyed her worldly travels while living in Europe, to all 50 United States, most all of the Caribbean Islands and U.S. National Parks, and to all the Canadian Provinces and Territories, truly enjoying her life to the fullest while appreciating even the smallest of blessings. Her purpose in life was well served and it makes those left behind happy to know that she genuinely made a difference in this life and that she lived and lived well. “At the end of the rainbow, see ya!” A committal service to honor Annette’s life will be held at 515 pm on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Glenwood Cemetery with Mr. Stephen Loope officiating.
