Allison Webb Testerman Kelly, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2020 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born on September 18, 1959, in Anderson, S.C., a daughter of the late George and Charlie Ann Clark Testerman. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Theresa Testerman Herndon and George Ann Testerman. She is survived by her son, Ryan Kelly and wife Paige; daughter, Sabra Lunsford and husband Kenneth; grandchildren, Nichole Charlie Ann Kelly, Haley Kelly, Destiny Hillard Kelly and Journey Kelly; and ex-husband, Bill Kelly. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home in Bristol, Tenn. Arrangements especially for Ms. Kelly and her family have been made through Oakley-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory.
